CATHY CHEN

Team Leader of Chen Urban Realty, a prominent figure of CIR Realty and member of World LeadingRE investment Network. Graduated from University of Calgary with BCOMM degree and obtained Chartered Management Accountant (CMA) designation. I became a real estate agent in 2012 and I’ve never looked back.

Within 2 years I became a Top Producing REALTORS® in CIR Realty and still holding Platinum Award to this day.

Trained in Real Estate negotiation. My strength is to negotiate the best deal for my client using market knowledge and negotiation skills. My sellers get an average of 98% of their list price. My buyers are able to find the right home faster at a better price. That’s no easy task, having me on your side means you’re working with a real professional.
